Weight Control With Hypnosis
Whether you want to lose, gain or just maintain your weight, hypnotherapy is a tool that can

Often we use food to compensate for something we feel is missing in our lives. Food is rarely
just fuel - if it were, we'd all just take in the exact number of calories that we expend each day.
For many of us food is comfort, food is love, food is safety, food is security, or food is reward.
These unconscious eating patterns are often ingrained since childhood and no matter how
much will power we bring to the table, our unconscious patterns find ways to reassert
themselves. By becoming consciously aware of WHY we eat and reinforcing new behavior in
the hypnotic state we start to change those unconscious eating habits and make lasting
changes in our behavior.
By providing coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety, increasing self-esteem and
confidence and building self acceptance we reinforce the new behaviors on a deeper level and
eliminate the need to feed our emotional body - making it easier to feed our physical body in a
way that's truly nourishing.

Hypnosis for weight loss is most effective if used in conjunction with a program of exercise and
